MEET YOUR COACH


Hey! My name is Ben Young.

Since 2007 I have worked in professional sport as a Strength and Conditioning / Physical Performance Coach.


  • Leading the physical performance provisions at;
  • Two World Cups (2015, 2019) & One UEFA Euros (2017) Womens England National Team
  • Assisting S&C delivery at the Qatar World Cup 2022 with England
  • Senior S&C during Premiership Winning Season at Saracens Rugby
  • Head of Academy at Saracens Rugby
  • Lead S&C Coach with England Rugby (U18s)

But more importantly, I’ve taught tons of aspiring practitioners just like you how to start, develop and enhance their careers.
